COFCO International’s fleet of dry bulk carriers support commodity trading with maritime logistics and risk management around the world. We operate our chartering and proprietary trading operations from our offices in Geneva and Singapore. All post-fixture operations are handled by an experienced team of maritime professionals in our Istanbul office.

Supporting innovation for sustainability
COFCO International supports the efforts of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) to regulate sulfur output in the shipping industry and protect the environment from harmful ballast water.
Our fleet is equipped to reduce traditional energy consumption by 20% and reduce sulfur output.
COFCO International Freight is committed to the International Maritime Organization's mission to reduce global shipping emissions by halve in 2050 and is actively pursuing targets related to reducing emissions.
We are working with a growing number of ECO-classified bulk carriers, are installing exhaust cleaning systems on our newbuild fleet and trial testing ultra-low sulfur marine fuel solutions.
